We have reconfirmed that the cheat detection system added through the maintenance at 2:00 PM (JST/GMT+9) on 09/17/2020 was still identifying some players who were playing normally without cheats as false positives after the maintenance on 09/17/2020 ended at 3:00 PM (JST/GMT+9).

After a thorough investigation and assessment by our Operation Team, we have removed the login restrictions that were wrongly put on honest players and fixed the bug through the maintenance on 09/30/2020.

We have also delivered "Orb x 30" as compensation to all players that were prevented from logging in to the game due to this malfunction after 3:00 PM (JST/GMT+9) on 9/17/2020. Furthermore, those who had purchased 30-Day Tickets, but were prevented from logging in this time have also been sent “Orb x 5” for each type of 30-Day Tickets purchased.
