We have confirmed issues regarding in-game systems, so please check the following details.

Bug Report


When the issues are fixed, we will announce it on our official website.

・The following steps are unavailable for the Google IDs that include uppecase letters.

1:Tap the app.
2:Tap "Transfer Characters".
3:Tap "Transfer via Google ID".
4:Tap the Google ID you were using for Toram Online from the list.

*"Google IDs that include uppercase letters" may fail in transferring characters.
*If you encounter this issue, please contact us from Menu > Orb Shop > Contact Us > Other.



- Unable to purchase furniture correctly and an error message pops up after purchasing items with Orbs consecutively.

*This issue occurs when purchasing items with Orbs that are not in Orb Shop such as furniture at Housing System and character slots.
 *App update is needed to fix this issue, so it may take time to completely fix it.
 *We have confirmed that this issue is temporarily fixed by restarting the app.
 


- Some buffs are not working after the finish blow of Blade Skill: "Rampage".



- Some monsters are not shown on Current Map in Map Menu.
