We have confirmed the following issues regarding "Refinement Pack", which is on sale from April 16th, 2017.

Details of Issue

- "x10" was displayed when you won "Insurance Ticket (100%) x5" in "Category C".

- "x5" was displayed when you won "Insurance Ticket (95%) x10" in "Category C".

We would like to apply the following compensation regarding this issue.

Applied Players

Players who won "Insurance Ticket (100%) x5" or "Insurance Ticket (100%) x10" before May 31st, 2017.

Compensation

Additional "Insurance Ticket (100%) x5" per "Insurance Ticket (100%) x5 or x10" won from Category C.

Schedule of Compensation

The compensation items have already been sent.
Please receive them from Menu > Community > Mailbox > Present.

This issue was occurring only on Refinement Pack.
Also, we will not collect "Insurance Ticket (95%)" that was won more than the actual number of the item.
