Regarding the issue on the discount of "Open x11" for Item Chest, which was occurring between February 9th at 12:00 AM and 9:46 AM (JST/GMT+9),
we have refunded the difference of Orbs to the players who meet both of the following conditions.
-The players who purchased "Open x11" for "Orb x30" at your first purchase.
-The players who have not purchased "Open x11" with the discount after the fix applied on February 9th at 9:46 AM (JST/GMT+9).
Please check the refunded Orbs from Menu > Community > Mailbox > Present.
*The refunded Orbs are available only on the platform on which you receive.

The first time discount on "Open x11" was not applied between February 9th at 12:00 AM and 9:46 AM (JST/GMT+9).
This issue has been fixed and now you can purchase "Open x11" for "Orb x15" at your first purchase.
We are planning to apply compensation regarding this issue.
We will announce the details on our official website at a later date.
Please note that if you have purchased "Open x11" for "Orb x15" after the fix, the compensation will not be applied.
